Terms for using the BeKind website, purchasing eligible products, and accessing product and educational content.

Orders and payment
Displayed prices are in U.S. dollars. An order is accepted only after checkout is completed and payment is confirmed. BeKind may cancel and refund an order affected by an inventory, pricing, fraud, or address error.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
Shipping availability and estimates are shown at checkout. Eligible returns require authorization within 30 days of delivery and follow the published Returns policy. Eligible heated tools include the published one-year limited warranty.
Responsible use
Use product information together with the instructions supplied with your tool. Stop use if a tool is damaged or operating unexpectedly, and contact support.
Content and availability
BeKind may correct content, update product details, or change site availability. Brand materials and original site content remain protected by applicable rights.
