Request a return first
Contact support@bekindyou.com within 30 days of delivery and request a return authorization before sending an item back. Include the order number, product, and reason for the request.
Condition and inspection
Items must be returned with the included parts and packaging in the condition required by the policy presented at purchase. The support team will provide the approved return address and instructions.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Bank processing time may continue after BeKind submits the refund.
