Request a return first
Contact support@bekindyou.com within 30 days of delivery and request a return authorization before sending an item back. Include the order number, product, and reason for the request.
Condition and inspection
Items must be returned in their original condition with included parts, accessories, and packaging. Products damaged through misuse, missing components, or sent without authorization may not qualify. The support team will provide the approved return address and instructions.
Refund timing
Please allow up to 10 business days after the authorized return arrives for inspection and refund submission. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; the card issuer may require additional processing time.
