How BeKind handles account, order, support, analytics, and technical data used to operate the official store.

Information used to provide the store
When you create an account, place an order, or contact support, BeKind processes the information needed to provide that service, such as contact details, delivery address, order history, and support messages. Stripe processes payment details; BeKind does not store full card numbers.
Hosting and technical logs
Vercel and Supabase process standard request, account, and database information needed for hosting, security, authentication, reliability, and diagnostics. Brevo processes transactional email delivery. Each provider processes data under its own service terms.
Analytics and direct email
When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics 4 processes page and ecommerce interaction data so BeKind can measure site performance. Ecommerce events exclude email addresses, street addresses, payment details, and other directly identifying checkout fields.
If you email BeKind, the message and contact information are used to respond and maintain an appropriate support record. Never send full payment card details by email.
