Unlike most reviewers I have short thick hair(kind of a longer pixie style) and have severe dexterity issues so was intrigued, well let me tell you it lifts and curls my hair unlike anything else I’ve used(and I have used many gadgets). I have to get used to handling it as the part that you put your hair in to style takes a bit of getting used to especially with a shoulder that doesn’t work very well and the other thing that I REALLY like is the outside doesn’t get hot. So far I’m super happy with this styler.

The only thing I don’t like so far if that the curl has a bit of a kink to it since the flat part goes to a barrel and the curl isn’t created from a fully round heat area, but I think that will improve with my technique. I was looking for something that would be easy to travel with and I really liked the idea that this would possibly cause less damage to my hair and retain the styling for longer. I used it tonight for the first time and I will say that my hair hasn’t looked this good in a long time! I’m looking forward to continue experimenting and trying different looks.

I’ve only used it a few times, so I need to play with it more to see what looks I can get. I also love how the outside of it stays very cool My hair is very short (pixie).
